CVI Employee Donations

Eligibility:

1. Maximum $2,000 matching funds per employee, per fiscal year;
2. Matching funds over $1,000 lump sum will be distributed via check 3 months after the request is made and will not be made if you are no longer employed by CVI at the time of distribution;
3. CVI will only match funds for a documented 501(c)(3) nonprofit;
4. Political and religious organizations are not eligible for matching funds. Faith-based agencies are eligible if they deliver social services that are non-discriminatory and do not promote a religious viewpoint; and
5. Matching funds will not be made if, in CVI’s sole discretion, the organization in any way conflicts with CVI’s core values or business purpose.
